We're definitely happy Max and Louie's opened up at this location, because we're addicted to their food and the location is convenient. It's a new building and restaurant, it's very clean, and captures that diner vibe. One thing to be aware of is they serve you the portion size you pay for. You will leave with some delicious leftovers that are easily another whole meal. The staff are truly great, the manager stopped by just to check on us, and everyone there is a team. We never were left waiting. Can't give them enough credit for running a properly ran restaurant. You can't go wrong with their breakfast, lunch, or dinner options. I was dared to eat the "Drueben" and couldn't even finish half of it. The eggplant parmesan, the roast beef dip, gravy, whatever you're craving is good!! We love the place and they have earned our future business. Give them a try, you'll be happy you did.

Came here for brunch after my daughter found this spot on IG. It’s a really cute place that actually felt like home in a way. Our server was Sarah, super friendly yet professional, and gave great recommendations. Being from Brooklyn, I have to say the bagels were surprisingly close to what I’m used to (tasted like Einstein Bagels! And i love those). That said, they were a little too dark for my preference; it seemed like they were toasted a bit too long, causing the garlic and onion flavors to taste slightly burnt. I asked for them warmed with butter, and while they arrived quite crunchy, it wasn't the end of the world. The Italian cookies were really good, very close to NY Italian cookies! Overall, it was a great experience. I’ll definitely be backβ€”I’m looking forward to trying the knishes next time

Everything was amazing. Great food! They messed up on one of the order of eggs but the manager came out and apologized and they remade them. Our waitress was exceptional! Smiled the whole time, drinks were never empty, removed the plates we were done with, and checked on us constantly. Definitely going back and highly recommend! Kuddos to this establishment! πŸ‘πŸ‘

Food was good. Our server was great and helpful with the menu, also very friendly. We were able to walk in and only wait 5 mins which was great and the only reason we had to wait is because we requested a booth. I'd personally suggest calling ahead and asking what the wait time is because it does vary based on the time of day and size of your party. Our server did come back a good while after she took our order and let us know that they had run out of fries so and asked what other side we'd prefer. The onion rings were good. My sandwich didn't come with the powder on it but they brought some out in a cup for me to put on there. One of the garlic knots from my son's pasta apparently rolled into my hubby burger plate which didn't bother us at all. Only down side is when we were packing the pasta in a to go box we found a hair underneath it all. It grossed me out and we let out server know and she felt the same and the manager came and apologized and took it off of the check. Honestly, we understand that it could happen anywhere but if we had found it when we first started eating it might have changed things but they were very understanding and I think that's what matters, so it was s

We went to Max and Louie’s expecting great food, and that is exactly what we got. The atmosphere was outstanding, with so much attention to detail in creating the feel of a classic New York diner. It really added to the overall experience. The servers were also excellent. They were attentive, kind, and genuinely seemed to care about making guests feel welcome and taken care of. I have seen a few comments about the wait time for food, and while I understand that no one enjoys waiting, I think it is worth keeping some perspective. People will wait in long lines for well-known food spots when they travel, whether it is pastries in Boston, barbecue in Texas, or pizza in New York. A local restaurant that is clearly trying to serve quality food and create a great experience deserves some of that same patience. Good food takes time, especially when a restaurant is busy and still working to serve everyone well. For us, the wait did not take away from the experience. If anything, the quality of the food, the atmosphere, and the service made it worthwhile. I have no doubt this location is going to thrive. If you appreciate good food and a restaurant that is clearly putting effort into th
